Today’s joy burst focuses the delight I feel in sharing the community garden with Aunt Jill and my friends. As the weather is getting hotter in LA, I now go to the community garden two days a week: Tuesdays and Sundays.
The Tuesdays are mostly for additional watering of the plants. Flower petals have fallen and the plants are beginning to fruit. I provide more water each week to make plump and juicy fruits, especially as we have had no rain.
But my delight is that Tuesdays mean that Aunt Jill can join me at the community garden. She goes to church Sundays the same time that I am in the garden.
